Green!

This week we are working on the color green! We did blue last week. Nate has started to understand colors so why not. And it's fun for me to make stuff for him. He loves his colored baths! Mitch gave him a bath one day and decided to teach him how to splash water quite efficiently, so now I pretty much get soaked every bath time. But he's so funny! Nate has also turned into quite the little boy. He likes to run and jump and kick and punch everything. He has to leap off everything, slam into everything, and throw everything just to see what happens. It's been umm, interesting. It's now a constant, "hit the golf ball, not Mufasa, or your cup, or yourself!" I can't wait for the cold weather to be gone so I can just let him loose outside!

Lemon head.

Well, he took off with the other half of my lemon while I was cooking this morning. He kept fussing and saying "apple" and I tried to tell him it wasn't an apple. So I gave him half expecting him to drop it after one taste, but I was wrong. He licked it and was like "hmm, this works." What a weirdo.

Snow painting!

Since it doesn't seem like its going to ever stop snowing, we decided to make a little snow art. Nate had a blast. He was mad at first. He couldn't hold on to the bottles with his gloves, so he ripped them off with his teeth and then went to town. He took off and painted all the sides of the walkway. The color he chose to do this was orange, so of course all our neighbors are going to be freaking out about all the "snow pee." Haha. Awe well, he thought it was great. And so did I. The little home schooled child at heart came out and I was happy. I've actually stared to like the winter a little more. And Nate and Mufasa love the snow.
